i hope the life of the fish in the tanks in the background is better than the life of those chicks.
your reportage is very thorough and like these photographs showing more context of the stall and the street.

The crates and crates of them are really sad. I hope for some of these chicks that they end up in good homes.

The entire Chick series is terrific as reportage but . . . people forget that animals deserve some respect, too.

At least these colorful chicks make people happy. Just look at the boy's smile....he doesn't seem like a chick killer, does he?:D

The kid certainly seem to like playing with it. I doubt it end up well though...
